SINGLE OFFICE

We have three single offices, two currently available for rent, approximately 2.5m x 2.5m in size. Each has its own air conditioner and glazing across the front. Data points are available in each office for hard wired internet connection or WI-FI is also available throughout  the office. Use our furniture or bring your own. 

HOTDESK

There are multiple options available for Hotdesk spaces, there is a minimum of three and more can be created if required. Each space includes a desk, chair and internet access. Telephone points are available but does not include connection or ongoing costs. They are available for daily, weekly or long term rent. 

OPEN PLAN SPACE OR CREATE AN OFFICE

We currently have a large area approximately 4.7m x 3.9m in size that could be used for an open plan office or fully enclosed to create a large private office. Speak to us about tailoring this space to suit your needs. There is ample natural light, high ceilings and a blank canvas to work with. 

LARGE PRIVATE OFFICES

In addition we have four large office spaces that are currently tenanted. All slightly different in size and used for a range of businesses. They have large windows for natural light, high ceilings, carpeted floors, their own air conditioning and data points.
